HOW WILL YOU HELP US FIND OUR DREAM HOME?

First and foremost, we’ll help you find your dream home by LISTENING to you and what YOU want.  We’ll become a team, with the same common goal.  Unlike most agents, we won’t only send you listing alerts for properties that match your criteria – we will review all potential candidates on a daily basis and hand-pick those we think would be perfect for you.  Once we find some homes with good potential, we will take you to visit them.  And yes we can still visit in person during COVID–19, but we can also do virtual tours if you prefer.  The bottom line is: we’re in YOUR corner, we are here FOR you, we’ll do EVERYTHING we can to get you the house you want for the best price possible, and will will ALWAYS ADVOCATE for you.  

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

When we were in your shoes, we remember hating to hear from real estate agents that their service was free.  It’s true that we work on a commission basis which is paid by the seller, so you’ll never have to pay us anything.  But in some way, the seller has built in our commission in the price of the home you are buying, so indirectly our commission comes from you.  This is why we will work hard to EXCEED your expectations every step of the way.
